Do we draft a QB in 2014

  1. 1st round - Jake is done and we need a stud

  2. 2nd round - it's a deep pool and we have other first round needs

  3. 3rd or later - Jake might be the answer but we need insurance

  4. No thanks - Jake is gonna be fine or we'll use the Magic

    I DO agree with what you're saying, but on the contrary, we missed out on JJ Watt by picking up Jake Locker.

    Yep.
    It's all about the need. Need makes people take Jake Locker, Gabbert, and Ponder all in the first 15 picks. Desperation is a stinky perfume.

    We must not have thought we needed a QB that year. Pretty stupid. I think they should take one at least every other year. It's a QB league, and most everything else is secondary.

    I second this. A great QB can last a number of years. You can finish building the team then
