Yes I am still on the hunt for a good WR, so hear me out :D

2016's crop of free agent WR's offers three top shelf names; Julio Jones, AJ Green, and TY Hilton. But of the three only Hilton seems likely to eventually become available. Atlanta is currently working with Jones, and AJ Green isn't someone you let out of town either. But Indianapolis just invested their top draft pick on another WR similar in many ways to Hilton, a future parting seems quite possible.

Titans WR group currently look like this
    Jacoby Ford 2016
    Hakeem Nicks 2016
    Justin Hunter 2017
    Kendall Wright 2017
    Harry Douglas 2018
    Dorial Green-Beckham 2019
    Tre McBride 2019

By 2017 we may only be left with Green-Beckham, both Hunter and Wright have under-performed for some time now, and the Titans need a legit WR threat to ever get anywhere, sights should be set on Hilton.

Hilton's production as of late stacks right up to some of the best, below is a chart of current WR contracts.

Whats 2,428-yards, 164 catches, and 12 TD's in 31 games over the past 2-years worth to you?

I think he'd be a good signing for us. He's similar to Wright though? So to replace Wright?

    No

Hilton is going to command a pretty big contract in free agency. You can't pay WRs mega millions when our defense is severely lacking in talent.

The best WR to win a SB in the last 7 years was Anquan Boldin. You don't win with a guy who touches the ball 12 times a game at most.

LeBeau said he thinks our D has made tremendous strides this offseason.. And I never thought they were as bad as advertised, offense didn't do their part so Im gonna keep saying invest on offense cause its lacking majorly.

IDK that you can ever have too many good players, I put a high emphasis on WR's who can run routes and catch balls...
