DirectTV drops 26 Viacom channels

DirectTV and Viacom are commencing in a contract war right now. As a result, DirectTV customers lose some big channels like Comedy Central, Nickelodeon, TV Land, BET, MTV, CMT and Spike. Ouch.

I have AMC, ESPN, HBO and Showtime. I'm a happy camper.

I think I would cancel my subscription and refuse to pay any fees as well. That is insane. Comedy Central is all I watch in the off season.

DIRECTV is ran by Indians, there's no hope for that company.

it's kinda fun watching my sister squirm... her precious mtv and "reality" shows are gone..

Comedy Central is the only big loss. Losing the others is a plus.

I don't watch any of those channels.

I noticed that Comedy Central was back Thursday or Friday. That didn't take long.
