I begrudgingly went to go see "Dinner for Schmucks" a few days ago, when my parents invited me. I wasn't expecting much, Just the same old Carell fare.

But this was much different than I expected. I was expecting some over the top ridiculousness, and it actually was a more serious film than expected. Carell played a character other than himself for once. The lovable weirdo who collects dead mice..but it worked. I actually loved the movie, and I don't think the previews do it justice. I can appreciate that there finally is a Carell movie that has some thought process to it, unlike Date Night... which was absolutely worthless.

Anybody else seen it? Everyone either hates it or loves it.

I didn't like it that much, the only scene I really laughed was when Galifinakis was turning red from his weezy laugh. The mice stuff didn't do it for me.
