    He wont do time, youre talking about The Puff Daddy. The same guy who got off four counts of illegal gun possession charges, and that was before he was worth half a billion dollars...

    Tome Brady is actually more likely to see jail time, he's currently under oath in his appeal, if he's found to be lying, perjury..

    And even doing a hip hop version of Kashmir wasn't original. Schooly D did a superior version which was part the original Bad Lieutenant soundtrack. He didn't appropriate the rights to the original music and Jimmy page made them pull the track. Six months later here's PD doing "his version" with Jimmy.

    Without at least some element of thievery there would be no popular music.
    Who decided a traditional band was guitar, bass and drums?
    That said, suppressing one person's version of "borrowed" music so your borrowed music can replace it is next level thievery..
