We grabbed Josh Gordon. So either way we got "the best" Baylor WR.

Well that was a moronic thing to do.... players are supposed to get better over time.

"well yeah, look when they played pee-wee together, this other guy had 5 times as many catches as this other one." :|

If you are comparing two guy and they were in the same class at the same school and played and started at the same position, that seems like that would be a reasonable piece of information.

Last year, Wright caught 108 balls and Gordon caught 0.

Wasn't that the main selling point for drafting Wright that even on a team loaded with talented Wrs he distinguished himself every year as the best guy?

Terrance Williams and Tevin Reese both have had great careers there and will likely be drafted or signed as ufa and Gordon no doubt is worth a mid rd pick. But Wright was the most productive guy.

The original post is lame because there is no case made for Josh Gordon. Ifyou believe he can be as good or better than make your case. He is obviously bigger.

Yeah, the Titans clearly got the best receiver from Baylor.

Could Gordon end up a better player in the NFL than Wright? Sure, if he gets his act together. He definitely has an NFL body.

Do I think Gordon will end up being better than Wright? No.

I'm no fan of Kendall Wright, but he is better than Josh Gordon. Not only does Gordon have serious character issues, but he's not a fast big receiver. He's just big. And he only put up good, not great, numbers at Baylor.

In fact, if you look at his numbers against good competition (something that supporters of Jake Locker do not like to do, for obvious reasons), you can see that Gordon didn't do that well.
