Derrick Ward Anyone?

There is way too much hype for this guy just because he had one good season. He has obviously gone down hill since signing a big contract and had a whopping 3.6 YPC average last year. I think the LW comparisons are realistic.

 

Has anyone watched the highlights from the season he went over 1,000 yards? I dare you to find a running back that couldn't get 1,000 yards with that type of blocking.

Geez! I had no idea CJ had that many tats. That's just... dumb.

Anyways... there are tons of #2 running backs (like Ward was with the Giants) who would never be able to get 1,000 yards in a season even with the best line in the league. However, I can't think of any starters who wouldn't be able to. The average starting running back will get around 1,000 yards anyways.
