Dawson to miss multiple games with hamstring injury

    Titans defensive end Keyunta Dawson is expected to miss multiple games due to a hamstring injury he suffered early in Sunday’s win over Detroit.

    Dawson has not been placed on injured reserve, though that remains a possibility since the Titans plan to re-sign defensive end Pannel Egboh.

    Dawson had recorded five tackles in the first three games.
