You may have accidentally hit it while scrolling on your iPad. It's fine though. It was a pretty good post. Everyone but Ewker thought so.

Boldin and Britt are about the same size and probably have similar speeds. The comparison ends there because Boldin is tougher, catches everything, and is a better route runner.

Tennessee Titans are where potential WRs go and never get a chance to develope.
I heard Fisher blame the WRs for the bad passing game vs Denver.

Moss is possibly the most talented WR to ever play the game. I think he "fits" any team.

We don't go after great players because we're too busy collecting guys nobody else wants. Either college players with a dim NFL prospect, or we're overpaying other teams 3rd best position player to be our #1/2.

I wish we could have gotten one of these guys to spread the field, but realistically we were never getting a guy like Moss, Boldin, TJ, etc.; we either don't want to pay them... Fish doesn't want a perceived diva... or Reindfeldt just knows they don't want to come here. (And they probably don't!)

Even Torry Holt on the tail end of his career passed on us for Jacksonville... and I think he even took less money.

yeah the last thing we need is a wr who is a deep threat with amazing hands. he takes plays off sure but defenses still have to account for him ever play. I don't like the attitude either but he's an amazing WR and would be a huge upgrade to what we got. Some times you have to deal with primadonna's if you want championships. Sure if he becomes a thorn in your side its not like other teams wouldn't want him. look how easily he was traded, bring him in when he starts trouble let the next team have him they would be glad to take him off your hands.

I'd take TWO Boldins over just one...in fact I'd take five or six if he could be cloned...now that would be a WR core!

The basic point of the post i agree with. If Bud wants to win a title he needs to be more bold in getting us talented players and needs to instruct MR and Fisher to get those guys .

I generally agree with the idea of not paying out huge for one player but maybe this year was the time to do that.

Maybe we need to take a chance on a Dunta Robinson or Julius Peppers to take our team to another level. Had we signed Peppers then we don't draft Morgan we draft Dez Bryant and we upgrade at 2 positions.

We don't have a top 5 elite QB though i think VY can be a top 10 type guy so to be a top team we need to upgrade in other areas.
