Dan Koppen visiting Titans this week

Dan Koppen, C from New England is scheduled for a visit this week per Wyatt on Twitter.

Could be a huge upgrade if he can remain healthy...

Impossible we can not sign quality players because of Peyton Manning.

From everything i've read yea. Most scouting sites have him ranked 3rd..4th best right behind Wells, Meyers, Hardwick. So this definitely wouldnt be a table scraps type of pick up...a 4 star FA. Only thing is he's coming off a season ending injury..but it he got hurt at the beginning of last season so he should be ready to go by the start of next season.

He will fit right in with Hutchinson. I heard Art Shell is looking for work.

Would be a big fan of this signing. Yes, Koppen is 32 and coming off an injury (ankle & fibula). DK was placed on IR on 9/21... so pretty early in the season. Id rank him as the 4th best FA center (Myers, Wells, Hardwick) and would put him infront of Saturday for sure.

Koppen would be a HUGE upgrade from Amano. Would be able to play for 2-3 years, and we could draft a C 3rd-5th round to learn behind him.

32 is not that old for a center.
