Indy's OL, like daBoyz, is allowed to hold on every play without repercussion, till the game is decided then the flags fly to make the Penalty stats look fair. its called CodeBlue. Arizona definatly does not get any CodeBlue favoritism from the officials.

Yeah, considering we have 18 penalties for 183 yards in only two games, i definetley wouldnt put much into that "codeblue" rule thing......I think that codeblue rule would apply to the Steelers who have a league low 6 penalties for 60 yards in their first 3 games.....
