Hello Titans Fans, and good luck on Sunday, here is my breakdown and Game Prediction of Sundays game. Just to get this week started!!!! Post your predictions on the game, and any comments on my prediction of the game!

    Final Score
    DAL-30(2-1)
    TEN-14(0-4)

Dallas is coming off of a bye week, and has had time to regroup and rest from last Sundays mauling of the Washington Redskins at home. As we all know Terrell Owens was injured during the game with a broken bone in his right hand, BUT i do not believe that he will need to be active in Sundays game for the Cowboys to win this football game and heres why. Here are some reasons why I think Dallas will win this ballgame.
    1) Dallas's offensive line has performed very well through the first 2 games of the season, and against good defensive lines. In the first game vs. Jacksonville, who has one of the best defensive line in football, the oline allowed only one sack, and made room for Julius Jones to have a successful day. With over a 4.0 ypc avg and a TD(17 att 72 yds, 4.2 ypc avg, 1 TD). Week 2 against the Redskins who have a pretty good defensive line, the oline allowed 1 sack all game, and paved way for Jone to rush for 94 yards on 20 carries, a 4.7 ypc avg. The line allowed Bledsoe to completely pick apart Washingtons secondary and make kep plays when needed.

    2) This Dallas Cowboys defense is playing lights out!! 5th in the league. The defensive line is getting consistent pressure on the quarterback, the linebackers are getting sacks, and distrupting plays in the backfield, and the secondary is locking down recievers(see S.Moss). I think that our secondary matches up extremely well, with the Titans WR, and have the edge in this matchup. Dallas Cowboys cornerback Terence Newman has not allowed a touchdown in 21 straight games!!! Im pretty sure he will be guarding Drew Bennett. Newman has faced tougher WR than Bennett so Newman has the advantage here, he should be able to limit Bennett to minimal yardage. Henry will most likely be on Givens, and Glenn on Scaifes. With Roy Williams making big interceptions in the secondary, and our CB's playing extremely well, Dallas secondary has the advantage against TEN WR.

    3) Kerry Collins is playing horribly, only 1 TD and 6 INT.

    4) The running game is non-existant. Not one running back on the Titans rster has cracked 100 yards yet, TOTAL, in three games. Travis Henry is averaging 2.7 ypc and has 82 yards on 30 car, Chris Brown is averaging 3.3 ypc, with 73 yards on 22 carries. I mean these rushing statistics are abissmal!!!

5)Dallas has a high powered offense, and a solid enough offensive line to be able to get the job done against a struggling Titans defense. The Titans have playmakers on defense in Bulluck, Thorton, Vanden Bosch, Hope and Haynesworth. This I know, but i dont think it will be enough to contain the threats Dallas has on offense in Jason Witten, Julius Jones, and deep threat Terry Glenn.

With all that said this is why i think Dallas will win the game......

u forgot our return game in pacman jones, he could be the difference, and would have been yesterday and ganther not gotten a stupid penalty, he might be able to get that big play that weve been needing for quite some time, but if owens is out then pacman can easily stay with glenn, and julius jones isnt much of a threat at rb

You are right Pac-Man is a huge threat at Kick Returner, he is definetley a playmaker at that position. We allowed that kick return to Cartwright last sunday, so im pretty sure Bill will have these guys working on special teams in practice to make sure nothing like that happens again. Pac-Man still is a major threat at PR and KR. Julius Jones is a pretty good back, he faired well against a stifling Jaguars defense, and ran well against the Skins defense. He has proven to be effective when he is healthy, and with Jones at 100% he has provided plays on certain occasions that we needed. You cant forget Marion Barber though, he too is averaging over 4 ypc, and provides spark and power when he gets the ball. If Owens is out we will most likely start Crayton next to Glenn. Bledsoe said Crayton has the best hands on the team next to Owens, so he could be the X-factor, not to mention Witten, if they take their eye off of him, he will make BIG PLAYS.

Surely you make this comment in jest.. Considering what school he went to and considering he's a two time pro bowl TE.

Overall I'm sad to say I think your on the money.

We are thin on the OL,so much so we may be struggling to find enough bodies to practice.

Even so in spite of KFC we are showing signs of life,Miami has a decent D & we did okay against them aside from stupid mistakes.

Henry's stats don't show the true picture. In wk1 he was mainly used in short yardage & did well in the roll though obviosly it didn't help his ypc. In the 1st half against the Fins he was 15 for 60 & a 4ypc average.

The D is where we showed the most improvement with Pacman & Hill swapping sides of the field. Jones takes the pressure off the awful Thompson and Hope is a better fit to help out Hill's faults.

    On any given sunday dude
