A spokesman for the EPA stated results were expected, as everyone knows the SUCK attached to the Colts does not have a half life and will never go away. Previous tests in Maryland have revealed the SUCK from the Baltimore Colts still thriving there.
Elected officials in Indy have stated their concerns that the area around LP Lubed Field will also have to eventually be imploded, but EPA reports show the SUCK has spread entirely within the Indiana state lines.

Of course, the CSO - Chief SUCK Officer - for the Colts is their owner, Jim Irsay. As Chief SUCK Officer, Irsay's primary duties and responsibilities are to ensure the Colts continue to SUCK every damn day. All indications are that he's doing a pretty real good job of that.

News Update (Indianapolis): Drunks Against Mad Mothers (D.A.M.M.) announced today that they have unanimously elected Jim Irsay as their new president.

DAMM officials praised Irsay's record of raising public awareness of the right to SUCK and be a drunken sot, as well as raising awareness of the public nuisance that mad mothers present.

DAMM officials also noted that Indy, under Irsay's leadership and example, is not only the nation's drunk capital, but also the nation's meth and painkillers capital.
