Crysis to PS3?

I'm surprised they could get it to work on the PS3, at least this soon, cause that game is INSANE technically.

 

Ive never heard of this game.

It's fun as hell, IF you can run it on your PC. But that's not likely.

 

I've read reviews that have expressed the same sentiment...

having Crysis as a stand alone (excluding PCs) will do wonders for Sony

I've been salivating to play Crysis for a long time, but alas my computer would commit seppuku before trying to run it

 

Crysis is a pretty good game. In fact it's the only game in the last year that managed to interest me. It DOES tax the computer, but you're rewarded with excellent results both graphically and "physically". The AI is so so.

 

These technical difficulties are probably related to the lack of a standard HDD on the 360, as apparently Crysis makes an extended use of the HDD throughout the game. Either way, this game will have to be downgraded if they were to port it to consoles. So it probably won't look as good as it does on a PC.
