Breaking News Craig Stevens Retires

LOL at you guys believing that DGB crap. Had nothing to do with Stevens retirement.

And some of you guys thought he saw the writing on the wall? LOL.. Stevens is TE #2 on a team that will keep 4 TE's. Stevens job was 100% safe. Geez, some dumb responses in this thread between DGB/not a lock to make the team. Stevens was a lock for this roster.

He played his entire career with the Titans. He was a good pro. Excellent blocker and always came up with a big catch when given an opportunity.

He's retiring with his health still in decent check.

Titans now look pretty thin at TE. Waiver Wire for that #4 spot most likely

 

fishface got him an oversized contract that he saw every dime of so he should be totally fine $ wise.

As for on the field, as stated before, he performed when his number was called. About all that can be done.

well I read over one of the links below... seems Stevens took a haircut in 14, but got an extra year on the contract for that so still made out pretty real good
