Stop being so thick. Not everyone that uses Macintosh or Underarmor are brand whores or sheep. I've been using Macs for 15 years, so I'd consider myself ahead of the trend. Yes there are people that buy Macs because they are a status symbol, but that doesn't make them overpriced Acers. I have found that Macs are superior to PCs in every way that I deem useful, and worth the premium.

I've given you concrete reasons as to why someone would benefit from these products, but you keep ignoring this to applaud yourself for not being a sheep. I'd understand if I were some 17 year old kid saying, "My stuff is the best, and yours sucks," but I haven't. I've actually researched and used these products, whereas you have not. If anything, you are the sheep for blindly hating on certain products so that you can feel superior. Ignorance is bliss...

I pretty much assume most of you mac users are using them because I have since 1988.

Now I see why they say Apples are money pits....No Wireless USB adapter I have works with this G4. I have a Belkin USB and a Linksys PCI and neither will work. FML.

it should, but some USB controllers don't always play nice
    it's a g4 what ? iMac / eMac / iBook ?
what I'd suggest is looking around for an older Airport card for a g4 (not the new ones) they can be had for like $30 or so
then I'd look at getting an Airport Extreme Base Station (N)..... it'll be the last router you'll ever need to buy

I owned a performa (Mac) back in the day and it was a great computer but I could not wait to have a PC so I could play some game other than Marathon (a bungee classic) now I play all my games on consoles (I have ps3 and 360) so either PC or MAC is okay with me.

I also gave reasons for buying one: If you're a designer. If you think they're cute.

If you don't do design, video, photog, etc... you really just have extra money. Which is a great thing. Or nice parents. Which is also a good thing.
