I remember seeing a story either last year or before on the fact that Manning and Wayne ran through the route tree before every game during warmups.

Guess we know why our QB/WR combos never reach that level...

    Because our QB isn't Manning?

Most likely Britt will be limited in the number of plays he is in the game. So although we may see both Britt and Moss on the field some most of the game will be either or.
Thus depending on how ready Britt is to go and how many plays they want him to play determines if he starts.

The other logical conclusion is soon as Britt is 100%, hopefully after the Colts game, they cut Moss. Moss is lazy, doesn't run all the routes, is afraid to go over the middle and can't catch in a crowd. He is limited and not very good. Even when he has a chance to make a play that can turn a game he doesn't do it or pushes off the defender for a penalty. The Pats got rid of him for a very good reason. He sucks right now and was holding their offense back.

We should hang onto him for the compensatory pick alone.

Moss only runs one route (straight).

So they should both have no problems playing together.

I'm sure they will both get on the field at the same time, but it will probably be for a specific subset of plays and they may be mostly running plays.

Just to be fair switching positions is like keening a whole new playbook for a WR. There are 2 positions are X and Z. X usually lines up on the line and Z usually lines up off the line. Xs have certain jobs on certian plays as does Z. So when you switch you have to Lern the jobs of your new position. That's the simplest way I can explain it but I'm sure it gets a Lot more complicated at the pro level

Hard to believe this was a mere 3 months ago...

BURNED the "best cover corner in the NFL" and then a spectacular one-handed catch. Yet our coaching staff can't even figure out that this guy is better than Justin Gage. :sad2:

Right now I'm having lots of fun with this post:

    From Fisher's Monday press conference:

Team falls behind early, KFC passes around 37 times. Just what else do you need for it to "work out"?

The more one pays attention to what Fisher says, the more one realizes just how totally out of it he is. Maybe someone should look into whether he's hitting the sauce.
