Luck was a rookie; Locker may have well been, considering he sat for a season, then sat for half a season with injuries. So all in all, they are about equal. I also think that had Locker not been injured and we had a better receiving corp, he would have been way better than he was. I'm not about to give up on the kid based on so few games he played.

Sure wish you were right about that. Then again, with your history as far as judging QB's, it should surprise nobody that you're wrong.

I do think Luck had better coaching and overall better targets to throw to especially Wayne. But with the horrid coaching Locker has had to endure I want to wait to judge him completely.

I also think it is ridiculous for anyone to say Luck is overrated. He was a rookie. It is what he does going forward that matters and 4400 yards is pretty inpressive as well as taking his team to the playoffs in the greatest change of direction for a team in NFl history. Now if Luck doesn't improve he will be overrated but he wasn't in some gimmick offense that requires him to run for half their yards and exposes him to a brutal beating. We saw were RGIII was by years end. Crippled and I'm surprised he didn't have multiple concussions with the hits he took.

As mentioned by others, a bigger % of Luck's passes were deeper than Jake's. If I can put my eyes on it again, I'll post it here but I read at one point in the season the difference between the two as far as actual yardage to catch (before run after the catch) and it was pretty lopsided towards Luck.

Just got to watch the two to see who the better QB is right now. It ain't close.

Luck was much more crisp in his Play action and foot work. Had a friggin crap load of throws. Ever heard of low variance? Yea well not Bruce Arians. If luck had been put in a situation where they could run the ball better and use his Pa... His numbers go up. Plus first year... I expect him to be a step or so better next season. He will impress. How much, idk. But he will
