With the way ESPN overhypes him and fans bite without actually watching anything but his highlights- I'm surprised he wasn't MVP.

How the hell can he legitimately be defensive player of the year when he's not even near best at his own position?

And he's NEVER covered. He simply can't.

I had no idea you watched so many Colts games to know his role in the Tampa 2. He plays closer to the line. I'm also guessing you feel the members of the AP who cover the sport all buy into the ESPN hype machine?

I remember the game he had at Tennessee where he had one of the best games I'd ever seen from a SS.

I'll bite. Who was a better SS in '07?

Sanders was tied for second at SS for tackles and first in sacks.

Here's a novel idea, back up your point. I suspect once the Colts begin to suck you'll jump off the bandwagon because you don't really seem to do anything but wave the pom-poms.

Sanders is the most over-rated player in the NFL. No where near the class of Wilson or Reed.

    Bob Sanders

    96 Tackles
    3.5 Sacks
    2 Ints
    0 FF
    8 PD
    0 TDs

    Roman Harper

    90 Tackles
    4 Sacks
    3 Ints
    2 FF
    11 PD
    1 TD

I wonder where Harper's MVP is?
