    OSU fans hurting.

    OSU should have beat PSU if they wanted to play.

    PSU won their conference, put them in.

    Alabama is going to kick the **** out of whoever they play anyway.

    They'll kill Clemson, OSU, UM, Washington, PSU, whoever.

    Line em up.

    If OSU isn't #4 then yesterday was a total waste of time. There needs to be some kind of penalty for not winning the conference.

    this. i do think bitchagain should have been 4 but there was no way they were going to give it to them. washington gonna get rolled giving bama a free path to the championship.

    expand the playoff to 8 teams!

    A guy called 104.5 on Friday with a basic idea. Take the 5 big conference champions and pick the 4 playoff teams from them.

    That respects the conference championships and conference championship games and assures geographical diversity because no conference can have 2 playoff teams. And while some very deserving teams like OSU this year or an Alabama in 2011 would be left off it is not a bad idea.

    Of course PK and the other guys sh*t all over the guy.

    There are some idiots(Dunce Wayne?) who think OSU and Michigan both should have made the playoffs despite neither being a conference champ. Retarded!

    I like the idea.

    College Playoffs are so stupid. Penn St is big ten champs and won head to head yet Ohio St. gets in.

    He could do two things for CFP.
    Stop regular season games and just put in the teams with preseason hype or the best player
    Do away with the 60-70 teams that have no shot at the title regardless of their season accomplishment

    If Florida somehow upset Bama this past Saturday, no one here would be saying only the SEC Champ deserves to be in the playoffs.

    They need to expand the current playoff system to six or eight teams, IMO. Reward the top four with a home game.

    First Round (based on this year's final ranking)
    #8 Wisconsin @ #1 Alabama
    #7 Oklahoma @ #2 Clemson
    #6 Michigan @ #3 Ohio State
    #5 Penn State @ #4 Washington

    The final two rounds are incorporated into the bowl system as done currently.

    Now, if you want the top few to be the Champs of the major conferences, so be it. There's enough at large spots for those top-rank teams who didn't win.

    Really Jeff, so half of the playoff teams are from the same conference? That's what we would have if the top 8 teams make it. 4 big ten teams! One from each of the other major conferences. How does that improve anything?

    Wisconsin just lost a game so reward them with a spot?

    I don't see any purpose to an 8 team playoff. This is not basketball.
