    If they are serious, I like Ray Sherman getting a look. Man I hope they hire someone who has a least gone outside the fold. Give us some new looks PLEASE.

    I cannot respect anyone's opinion who thinks Sherman should get any job other than WR coach (if anything).

    The guy shouldn't be coaching anywhere. If we hire this guy, we should consider ourselves in some very desperate, desperate times in Nashville.

    Ray Sherman = familiarity with the system. Seems like they would jump on RS as WRC - if the talking heads are right anyway..

    What system? Our concept of a system for the last 17 years is gone. We have no head coach, we have no system.

    Now if we sign him for familiarity for the system, I fear for the future of this team because the system is exactly what got us HERE after 17 years.

    You're preaching to the choir around here - but this is essentially been said since Fisher got the axe. The entire discussion about Munchak is based on this..
