Clearing up an issue....

Who brought it up? YOU? Dont act like its been discussed ad naseum or something. OK.. maybe it was mentioned in a thread a month ago. What rules changed that made it harder? Its not the rest of the leagues fault that McNair who is a Boob hired the wrong guys who drafted the wrong guys FOR YEARS. Shall I list for you the players the Texans screwed up on? Blown draft after blown draft.

What does being handed a team matter? Do you think that anyone cares that the Ravens used to be the Browns? Bob Lanier ran the Oilers out of town. What Bud wanted the HCPA did for the Texans anyway. It was silly and it was personal. It was about politics. Nothing more nor less. It was bad for the City of Houston. It worked out because Houston got another team.

What does it matter where a team plays if you are a fan of that team? Only Texan fans think this way.

Bob McNair got lucky. He got lucky Enron was breaking the law and overpaid for his company with stolen money and he got lucky with the Texans this season. He should have fired Kubiak last year. He got lucky. Its just that simple. Luck and Wade Phillips. Luck and the AFCS being waaaay down. Luck and the Titans rebuilding. This kind of luck wont last.


Look... You Texans are starved for attention. You dont really believe what you are seeing. Your team in the playoffs after in year 10. You are looking for us to confirm for you what you want to believe but cant. You know what the truth is... The letdown is coming. Disaster is right around the corner. The end is near and YOU KNOW IT. You know that it is likely that the Titans will squeak into the playoffs as a WC and the 6th seed while the Texans finish as the 3rd seed. That scenario scares the ever loving schit out of you. It means that big brother beat you down in week 17 and will again in the WC round. That possibility must scare the crap out of you. Can you imagine the outcry when the Titans eliminate the Texans in the WC round? I know.. I know... its hard being a fan of the Texans. You can look at your team and see a broken Schaub, a breaking down old AJ and Mario likely to be gone because of the salary cap. It happened to the Titans. Your window is closing because it took so long to get it opened in the 1st place.

But at least Houston has the NFL again... right?
