Clearing up an issue....

I have read Texans fans state that they arent the worst expansion team ever. Well... They are. This season they finally won a division and made the playoffs. But since the merger and what we now know as the modern NFL the Houston Texans are the worst expansion team ever and took longer than any other modern expansion team to make the playoffs.

Tampa Bay... 1976 and made playoffs in 1979. ( 3 years )

Seattle...... 1976 and made playoffs in 1983. ( 7 years )

Carolina ..... 1995 and made playoffs in 2nd season ( 2 years)

Jacksonville ... 1995 and made playoffs in 2nd season ( 2 years )

Cleveland ... 1999 and made playoffs in 4th season ( 4 years )

Houston .... 2002 and made playoffs in 10th season ( 10 years)

Thems the facts. Now I feel better.

Hold on a sec.... worst expansion team ever or worst since the merger? You can't have it both ways.... man you sure are hung up on hatin the Texans aren't you.

They need to make a "Hater of the Year" award for you.

So I am going to be off on my prediction by 1 win? They didnt get any luck so the Titans with a brand new coaching staff, new QB and best WR out for the year finish 10-6.

No, dont hate the Texans. Despise their fans. You guys are like Cowboy fans without the winning pedigree to fall back on. You are getting a reputation in across the league. Your fanbase actually wants to take that " America's Team" title from the Cowboys. Really?

The fact is,you've been told several times(even by a Titans fan) that the Texans had it way harder when building the franchise then other teams due to rule changes regarding expansion teams.
Yet you conveniently forget that time and time again.
Thems the facts......Try to remember them.
