    He's 29 and has missed the better part of the last 3 seasons due to injury. He's also slated to make 9.5 million this year. If they can restructure his contract into something much more incentive based maybe, still, the complete lack of interest the Titans have shown in OTs this offsason makes me believe theyre all in on drafting a starter.

    Sounds a lot like Steve Hutchison except that Hutch was on the wrong side of 30 when the Titans signed him. Hutch had finished the previous two seasons on IR so it had been three years since he had played a full season. Amazingly, there were some Titans fans who thought this was a good signing. I guess they thought he would drink from the Fountain of Youth and be a good player again. smh

    It also reminds me of Andy Levitre, who had offseason surgery before the Titans signed him. None of us knew at the time how serious his injury was but Ruston Webster should have known since the Titans gave him a physical before signing him. Obviously, Levitre wasn't the same player anymore as he had been in Buffalo before his injury.

    I'm tired of seeing the Titans give big money to injured o-linemen.
