Foster also had Leach paving the way in front of him and a pretty potent passing game. In my opinion Foster is more a product of his offense. Not to say he's better than CJ. He however does have a much better situation. Charles is one of the rbs I think warrant top 3 consideration.

He's also stated he doesn't do drugs or drink. He holds a football camp every year for the kids as well. I have a feeling if CJ didn't have dreads and gold teeth, he would be a bit more popular. But there seems to be a ton of people judging a book by it's cover. He isn't the best speaker, ok. He buys a lot of cars and jewelry, who doesn't??

i agree more with him trying this this year

last year, it was a bit more silly on his part (or at least on his agent's part)

last year at first CJ was saying he was gonna leave it to his agent. He said he wasn't going to hold out or anything. He then began talking more about it. Imo i think his agent is telling CJ what he needs to do and not so much CJ taking initiative to hold out.

    Who says he was hurt?

Isn't it funny that he wasn't hurt until he failed horribly at reaching his predicted rushing total? That's a cop-out. And a terrible excuse.

Nothing I hate worse than someone not playing well but never seeming hurt claiming they're hurt afterward.

And he was a disappointment because he was nothing special in 2010 after being amazing in 2009. Had nothing to do with the 2k yards... he just wasn't near as good a runner.

Then there's the mindset of 'get something while you can' for CJ since this team is going to suck this year (not my words) and in the two ore three years it takes for the Locker/Munch era to officially take off CJ's wheels will be well worn at that point.
If you really do think the team is gonna stink the next few why not invest in the future by selling off the family horse..

Actually CJ never came out and said he was hurt until they asked him about it because a report was leaked. And he was nothing special? Why do you continuously FAIL to realize his impact. THE ENTIRE DEFENSE IS HELL BENT ON STOPPING HIM. Meaning Every play CJ is in, the defense reads run first. He's the biggest RB threat in the league. No back in the nfl faced the front that CJ did all year long.

Put charles in CJs shoes he would be no where near as effective. Arian Foster? Yea, the one year wonder is better than the 3 time pro bowler. Yea right.

This is the only LOGICAL reason i see for trading CJ. But i must be in the minority because i don't think we are going to be as bad as people think. I think at worse we are mediocre. What else is new? I don't see us with a top 5 pick next season.

LOL.. You think Deuce is judging the book? You haven't been reading the taboo forum lately. And I know you're not talking about me..

Im beginning to think you don't even really like or watch football Deuce. Most would call 1,350 rushing yds with 13 tds above average. Im not sure what you expect outta the guy but if you're one of these 2k or bust people you need to seek professional help. And the injury was brought up week 8. Not after the season ended.
