CJ is ahead of last year's pace

I doubt this info will shut up the small minority of people around here who think CJ has somehow lost it and/or that he should be traded. They don't seem too interested in facts.

 

I don't think he'll come close to 2000 again, but he could have a solid shot at 1500. We'd need to see some improvement though.

 

If we continue to play like we did vs the Cowboys he could definitely hit 2000 again.

I'd only like to see him do it though if he's averaging 20 carries a game and busting out for frequent big gains.

He's a racehorse not a workhorse.

 

He's nearly guaranteed 1500 yards if he doesn't tie his shoes. If we get this offense balanced like we did in Dallas, he'll have a good shot at 2K again. I really hope he gets it, but I'll give that up for a playoff birth.

Like i said at the beginning of the season. I am 90% sure he will get 2000. It doesn't matter how well we throw. We will live and die by the run. Which is ok with me. CJ running the ball is safer than VY passing. Not that i don't trust VY but what i mean is CJ is picking up big yds with VY managing could be a winning formula for us. And it also means less turnovers. Less chances for interceptions and tipped balls etc.
