Chuck Cecil needs to be fired

Oh chut up!

 

Chuck Cecil needs more talent on defense.

This d-line is about where it was last year, pathetic. They might luck into a sack at some point when the quarterback falls down, but that's about it. And forget about asking Ball or Ford to hold up against the run on the right side.

The plan had to have been to hope Morgan and Hayes would be our starters at this point and have the rest of the guys who are starting now to be the rotation guys.

 

True, our defensive talent is lacking, especially the front 7.

 

I agree about the D-line. We looked like a steaming pile of dog turds against a third string running back.

 

Running behind a completely depleted O Line. Disgusting performance by our D on every account today.

 

We also had far superior Ends, not Babin and Ball....If you can give me the 08 Haynesworth Ill take him, but he's a fat lazy **** now, he would just add to the mess we have.

 

The strategy is sound. We blitz them into a third and long. The problem has been getting off the field. whatever is going on there needs to be corrected. But I think the defense itself is almost there.
