I totally agree. He sure did talk as if we were gonna run all these sweet packages but I've not seen any of it. They sure talked like they knew what they were doing but on gameday they don't back any of it up.

Of the two coaches, Palmer and Gray, Palmer is by far doing the bette job right now. Now I have no idea why they decided to pound CJ over the OG on every carry in the 2nd half and I'm not 100% sold on what he is doing all the time. But I really think he is a good coach for both Hass and Locker right now.

Gray hasn't shown enough imagination in our defensive schemes. Sure we have some issues with talent but other coaches can over come some of that with imaginative blitz packages and coverages.

As for the Cincy game and others the coaches aren't doing a good job of making adjustments at half time. I think we wwere out coached on both sides of the ball Sunday especially in the 2nd half.

Duece at it again. We lose a guy who had 12 sacks and now we have no dominant pass rusher. To him that's an upgrade?

Replacing Tulloch with Ruud for more money was really stupid. O-line is the same.

And Kerry Collins had a higher passing rating that Hasselbeck last year.

Why did we draft ayers if we are not going to play some hybrid and blitz? He damn sure is not a zone coverage LB. Do the same thing over and over on defense the last couple of games is not acceptable. I thought gray would be like greg williams but he is not.

Palmer is well palmer his tract record speaks for itself. Why did we start to get CJ going and then pull him? Why was the plan to run him over the guard in the second half? Bottom line is we got out coached yesterday bad! No adjustments. Dalton has had some trouble this year with pressure......so we play 10 yards of the wr and zone, I just do not get it!

I agree..having Ayers play off the line in soft zones is not utilizing our talent on D. Why do we continue to mold our team to a scheme instead of molding the scheme to our team?

FISHER! One day we will be out from under your shadow!

The o-line is playing like crap.
    But......Palmer is absolutely clueless!
    I can't figure Gray out.

Coaching is about adjustments. Other teams make adjustments to us during the course of a game and our staff does not.

The only adjustment I see is....
"Well....we are more than a TD behind AGAIN. Better start throwing it on every down."
That is the only adjustment that I have seen......and a consistent one at that.:shake:

The defensive scheme is by far the most vanilla I've seen this year. Don't get me wrong, vanilla gets it done if you have the proper agression ^in the front 4... And obviously we don't...

How about the tell tell cb blitz we do with finny? He ramps to the line runs back and forth a couple times jumps up n down, makes a call to one of the dt and 9 outta 10 times blitzes... That's been the staple blitz this season and it's been played too much.

And finally what we've all been screaming at our tv sets for.... This pussified 10 yard cushion we play with our corners... My gawd every freaking qb ^in the league as already game planned quick audibles n wr screens for this stupid rubbish.... Gtfo of here with that waste scheme. Or... Do something we haven't seen.. make some adjustments!

    Hey gray! WTF... Cmon man!

Edit: oh! N how about that craptastical play were we have a tackle covering some wr over the middle! Huh?! Wait what?! Td opposing team....

Why did it take him so long to adjust to that if he is such a genius?

    1. Babin had 12 sacks, but he is not a good DE. He got those sacks because of the system Washburn used. Take a look at those games and check where Babin was lined up most of the time (at the 9 position). It actually works pretty well to get to the QB fast, but against the run you have a hole the size of a deuce and a half.

    2. Ruud is neither an upgrade nor a downgrade over Tulloch.

    3. I would be interested to find out where you got it from that KFC had a higher passer rating. Did you watch the guy last year? Ouch!
