As a possibility. Rotoworld isn't feeling it though.

Citing league sources, ESPN's Chris Mortensen reported on Tuesday's On the Clock that the Titans have "a pretty good grade" on UCF QB Blake Bortles.
Mortensen conceded it's "really quiet with Blake Bortles" around the league, and indicated he doesn't expect the Vikings to pull the trigger at No. 8. If Minnesota passes, Mort pinpointed Tennessee at No. 11 overall as the next-likeliest destination. Bortles would presumably compete with incumbent Jake Locker for the Titans' starting job in training camp. Bortles and Locker are similar players at this stage of their respective careers, so we're not sure drafting Bortles would offer much of an upgrade for Tennessee's 2014 offense.

I'd be ecstatic if we got Bortles at 11, but I doubt he falls to us.

The only qb I can see us with is Carr.

Carr if we go QB in the 1st ... Garropolo if we go QB in the 2nd (assuming he's still there of course)

I don't know about that. Like Rotoworld mentioned, some of these QBs aren't the day 1 starters we'd need them to be if picked at a #11 value. Titans have a good grade on him but relative to what.

If Barr is there and Bortles. You have to go Barr.

Relative to whitehurst. Cuz locker isn't finishing the season healthy.

look at the texans. Jj watt, great pass rush, 2 wins. Qb is the be all position for wins people. And we don't have one. Accept that.

My point is do you use the # 11 on a backup QB. I understand that your point is he will be the starter inevitably but could someone like Jimmy G bring in the same value in the 2nd is the question that will arise in the War Room.
