You would think that since Tommie is taller and thus has longer strides.. however,

Both have a 20 yard split of 2.41 s
Tommie had a 4.31 40 though, CJ 4.28

It would be too close to really tell.

CJ ran a 4.24 actually. Officially at the combine.

 

He never ran the 40 at the combine so wherever you got that 4.31 number at, it was prolly at a pro day where everyones time is usually faster!

 

Had that "running away from the cops speed" on that run

4.24 does sound right though, IDK why I thought it was 4.28

 

Last year several Titans players told Titansonline that Tommie Campbell was the teams fastest player, when asked about it Tommie said "I'd say CJ is faster, he had 2000-yards, he can have that title".

Then once C.J. was asked about his 40 time at the combine, he said he's faster than 4.24, he had a bad start he claims.

So after hearing those 2 things, I've come to the conclusion, those 2 should race, but we know CJ just talks about racing, he doesn't actually race people.
