Starting to feel the same way. I feel bad for CJ, and not just CJ, but everyone of our players that was sent into our last two games unprepared and in a bad scheme.

I think the biggest issue we have is Chris Palmer. We've seen some weird play-calling already but I think this zone-blocking crap is what has absolutely KILLED the offense. Seriously, what has WORKED on offense since Palmer has taken over?

Can he be a QB coach? Possibly. I think Locker has taken nice steps with him working with him as well as our QB coach.

But right now as OC the guy seems to have taken everything our offense was good at and said "well yeah that was cool and all, but let's try this and if it doesn't work we'll stick with it until it gets better, not re-think the scheme."

I mean, our current team goes DIRECTLY at the opposition of Munchak's "do what you do best" style of managing things. Palmer brought a new offense in and when things didn't go well, they decided to change the personnel rather than the scheme. Seemingly the same on D, but to a lesser extent since the DL and LBs have been solid (while uninjured). Dumb, dumb, dumb.

I mean, to that end, I don't think Munchak is wrong by any means in his approach, but his hirings. Gray hasn't been too bad, but clearly when Palmer wants to install an offense and can't adhere to the strengths of the offense, why are you on board in a "do what you do best" team?

    Nope.

Team was really bad and couldn't tackle during the latter part of Fisher's tenure either.

Heard Jared Cook on 3HL earlier today, he was saying the SD defense showed exactly what the Titans thought they were gonna show, in his words. There were no surprises or anything, I think he said it was just the players not doing their jobs or something to that effect. Did anyone else hear it?

Cook sounds like the kind of guy I'd want to keep on this team, because it seems like he knows the meaning of accountability. Players need to do what they're paid to do or gtfo

    Nope.
Even when Fisher was here... Titans showed off bad tackling skills and the team was going downhill, anyway.

Yeah he even criticized the Thompson wide open TD miss as well yesterday saying it was unfortunate we couldn't get such a gimme play, etc.

Doesn't seem to be trying to rock any boat, just trying to light a fire under some people. I'm sure he realizes he didn't capitalize on some things either.
