    gone/went

    Actually,

It is incorrect. Verbs have atleast three parts: Present (go), past (went) and the past participle (gone). Past participles take helping verbs such as have, has and had. The past tense never takes a helping verb. Therefore, have went is wrong! It should read, "He would've gone..."

    Edit: I know.......I'm a dork!

    Not so fast

You guys talk about vision being intangible, but do you really mean vision? It's not as if he is unable to see what's in front of him. What we really mean is that he doesn't have the ability to know where he should be cutting without looking first. Anticipation and experience is really what we're talking about here. I don't think it's clear that it can't be gained with experience. Still, he has two backs above him on the depth chart and he hasn't shown that he is worth the playing time investment to get that experience to this point. Given the ages of CB and LW, I don't see it happening for him while he's with the Titans, but who knows... injuries happen.

That's what all of us mean by "vision". The ability to know when and where to be when your blocking opens up. And believe it or not, it is considered an intangible things. Running Back is one of the easier positions mentally, and takes a lot more instinct than others because of it. Or so it is said.

Though Henry appears to lack that instinct you want to see, I think he's already improving just in a few preseason games.

The guy needs game experience and won't get a lot unless Brown or White is hurt or unproductive.
