Chili Recipes

    Looking for some suggestions for making delicious chili from scratch.
    Been making traditional crock-pot chili and cutting it with various beers etc but I'd like to neutralize the zippy tomato element a bit.
    Not crazy about cocoa or Cincy recipes so much....

    I used to make a pretty decent turkey chili, can't for the life of me remember how to make it.

    I'd use cinnamon, makes it sweet if you aren't wanting it hot.

    I'd like a good turkey recipe but I do like hot chili and not cocoa/cinnamon types..

    I like Wendy's Chili. especially when you put the hot sauce and ketchup in there.

    I do. Cannot confirm anyone else.
    It's delicious. Not a lot of ketchup, just a bit. and 2 packs of the hot sauce, and crackers.

    I eat pounds of ketchup per week.

    Dude that ain't chili (it's Wendys "catch-all" floor sweepings stew).
    And ketchup is disgusting on anything but burgers..
