That is the saddest thing i have ever heard. I won't say I have not ran into the same problem at LP. Falcons game last year I had a couple behind us tell me and my buddy to sit down. I laughed. Then I continued standing for the remainder of the game. Really if you don't wanna stand up the entire game yelling and screaming in a drunken daze... like me... well then stay yo *** at home! True fans get up and get loud for four quarters. I think we need to adopt the same system that they use at English soccer games. Section off certain sections in the stadium for true fans. People who wanna get crazy. Yell stand cuss noisemakers flags..... whatever. Pretty much like the student section at UT games.(that is how we do it!) I take my fanhood inspiration from the soccer crazies overseas. Those people do it right! True fans! No rock throwing or anything like that..... or bombs... or sacks of urine. Ok maybe some of those people take it to far. For the Chiefs to roll over like this is shameful. Text message security to report people? Get off it. People who wanna sit down quietly and watch football should try their couch. It is more comfortable than the seats at LP anyway... well maybe not the club level.

as long as the nfl is in bed with beer companies and are forced to serve alcohol at games because of their sponsors the stadium will never be a family atmosphere.

i don't have a problem with that, but i wish the nfl didn't pretend like they did either.

I will love to see how they keep this code of conduct in place once games start up

I was in Indy for the Colts/Titans game in '06, and after Vince scored on the 19 yd scramble a fellow Titans fan began to chant the chorus to "Rocky Top". For what reason, I don't really know, but after chanting the chorus maybe 3 times through I noticed an elderly couple that were sitting the row behind him get up and leave (they were Colts fans). I didn't think much of it until they returned with 2 security guards. The guards immediately asked the Titans fan and the woman with him to leave, so they escorted the 2 out and I'm guessing they had to watch the rest of the game from a local bar. I couldn't believe it. The jackass Colts fans were cheering as he was being tossed.

Needless to say, I'll never be caught dead in that town again. Stay trashy Indianapolis.

It really makes no sense. If it starting getting bad at LP I don't know what I'll do. Kicked out for standing and singing???!!? What are you supposed to do at football games? Sit quietly and sip my cola? Maybe thats how they did things in the dome. Never really could get very loud in there. I guess thats why they were pumping in artificial crowd noise with the PA system. Non true fans should stay at home! Old people at a Colts game..... never crossed my mind. They most likely drove all the way from Knoxville and were offended by the mockery. I swear someday I'll tear down that street sign with his name on it.....
