Charlie Sheen's Winning Recipe's

I know but they're in shows that aren't as popular or last 2 seasons.

 

2.5 Men is the same fratboy joke over and over and over and over ad infinitum/nauseum. To America, it never gets old. This totally justifies my moving away to a rock in the middle of the ocean.

 

I watched it a handful of times. It was one of the most profitable shows in the last decade of TV. American Idol has been #1.

What I saw had some funny moments and bits, but even watching it only a few times I agree with Avvie's comments above, it seemed like the same joke over and over.

 

Two and a Half Men is a great show. Huge money maker. Right now it's being aired on 4 different networks simultaneously. I can catch it on ch. 2, 11, 25, or 40. Charlie Sheen struck gold turning his life into a TV sitcom. Everything that happens in his show, is based on some events he's lived thru. That's why it's such a huge hit, because it's essentially what half of America is going thru. Broken family, substance abuse, alcoholism, divorce, etc etc. Sad but close to home for a lot of people.

I was watching an episode last night, and noticed they're airing all the episodes where you see Jake suffering from his fathers struggles. I'm not sure if they're inadvertently saying Charlie's real kids are is crisis, but it seems that way.

 

Tell ya something about Sheen. He sounds exactly like my dad a few months before he died. Lots of women,cheating. Every word he has said my father said years ago pretty much.He was an addict as well. Carlos Estevez (Charlie Sheen's real name) is most likely at that point of no return like my dad. Hate to say it but expect a RIP news within a year.

 

There's probably millions of people who do that.

 

Or he's just pretending in order to be more popular than he is. Which is more likely.

 

Charlie Sheen has been doing coke and having sex with porn stars for years. Literally his entire career. He just hasn't flown off the handle like he has recently. I'd say that was planned after he got fired, but his lifestyle is not an act.

 

So he is actually Emilio Estevez brother. I was trying to figure this out for a while, thanks for helping clear that up. Sorry to hear about your dad man, really am. I've seen family slowly kill themselves in similar ways too. Flat out sucks, especially if you're a kid too young to realize whats happening.

 

Looks like Charlie has some competition. We all know Erik Ainge of the Jets, or formerly of the Jets, also a former Vol. Well he said "I would've made Charlie Sheen look like Miss Daisy" when talking about his drug addiction. Can anybody back these claims up? Any of you locals play with spoons and needles with Erik Ainge?
