    i thought blackouts applied to local media around a respective stadium. is it not?

    and didnt they loosen thoose rules anyway?

    Its blacked out cause the Chargers fans not interested in seeing them play the Titans.

    Look at it from their view. Why waste money on tickets to see River throws for 350 yards and CJ counters that with 4 yards rushing.
