He's not if we're including Oilers. It's a push with Eddie.

Must have missed that. I seem to recall reading something just the other day where Webster said he hadn't made up his mind yet. I'd think guys like Kuharsky and Wyatt wouldn't even be discussing it as a possibility if there were an "official statement" saying otherwise.

Also, I believe even CJ has said that he doesn't know whether he'll be back or not.

Except Eddie was horrible after his first 5 years. So as long as CJ isn't horrible he'll have that spot.

Yea but I mean to call him the best player we have ever had is borderline...........the dumbest thing ever said on these forums outside of Taboo.

I love Eddie, but if he were to put up the same numbers as CJ did this year, we would say he had an amazing year ... and that's behind the stud OL we had back then. CJ did it behind arguably the worst OL the Titans have ever seen.

I know 'different styles' and what not, but eddie killed his fair of drives too but lacked the ability to break a big one.

Teams still respect CJ, and if we give him a better OL then he will be a top 3 back again

Eddie would be far better for this team right now than CJ is, and I like CJ.

That's the FO's fault. It was obvious to all of us the past few years and they're finally catching on that you don't sign a player and then waste him away behind the worst one in the league 3 years in a row.

Oh I agree, but at the same time, you just can't NOT re-sign a guy who rushed for 2000 yards. We had to pay him, but the FO should have known not to let Mawae go and to have gotten some decent guards.
