We obviously would not be making a run at him, but I think he'd be a big upgrade. The guy has stat cred, but his teams were mostly losers.

At this point in his career he's Drew Bledsoe. If you create a wall in front of him he'll be great. God forbid he have to move his feet.

If they improve the OL and get a QB, they could be dangerous. But that's a lot to ask for.

Yeah I know their line is terrible. Guess I'm dreaming there but Palmer to Fitzgerald just sounds like a win to me.

I think his lingering shoulder injury is much more of a problem than the knee. Dude just can't zip it like he once could. Throws way too many INTs now. Still would be an upgrade for some teams, though. Hard to judge anyone in Oakland, because the franchise is just so awful from top to bottom.

I actually liked Carson in his Bengals days. He screwed himself up by doing what he did to get out of Cincinnati.

Palmer's days of improving a team for the better are basically over with.
