For the right price, I'd rather have him over Orton or Kolb. For any price, I'd rather have him over McNabb.

Carson looked just about done this year

The few times I watched the bengals

It seemed all Carson did was throw picks and try to force the ball to T.O.

Not sure why anyone would want a QB who even let retirement cross his mind anyway.

He only said that to try to force the Bengals' hand.

I think Palmer, at the right price, is about as good as the Titans can hope to get. In fact, Palmer + a rookie competing in camp might be the ideal situation at QB for the Titans in 2011.

But that's idiotic. Why would you want someone who says that?

I wonder how many people actually watch Palmer. Don't buy into the hype. Just because Boomer called him one of the four QBs on the NFL Mt. Rushmore of QBs in the NFL doesn't mean he is. And honestly, that's probably the dumbest thing I've ever heard any analyst say... ever.
    1 people high five this.

Totally threw me of guard when I heard that.

    Can you blame him though?

Also, he better step his game up before asking demands.

I'd rather have McNabb than Palmer... Palmer would be an upgrade to KC, but at what price?

Funny, Palmer had the same passing rating this year as Kerry Collins and Collins had the better Td to int ratio and the better sack ratio. And Palmer had Ochocinco and TO all year.

What has been wrong with the Bengals? Well not the defense that unit has been pretty good the last few years especially in 09.

For anyone who thinks Palmer is better than Orton go take a football 101 class. Orton has had better numbers for 3 straight years and is younger.

The Bengals honestly need to get a guy like Mcnabb for the next year or 2 and use their first pick to draft a QB like Newton or Locker for the future. They also need to work on a more consistent running game.

Do we really need to make threads about every single scrub QB that wants to go to a new team or hits the FA market? Were pretty much screwed this year regardless of who is playing QB.
