Exactly, expect to see our linebackers and Wright and Hunter the only guys safe for some time.
The problem is: we don't have many players worth much in a trade. Nobody would even give up a 1st for CJ (our most valuable asset)
I would not be opposed (as much as I like CJ) to unloading his salary and picking up a young top tier running back in the near future, and the Titans wouldn't be the first team to do that. A trade would always be good as well. I think it all just depends on what they do this year, so it is going to be interesting to say the least. Thoughts?
I also hope that CJ catches the ball out of the backfield more efficiently and often than previous years as well. He could be even more dangerous if so. I guess we will see....
Big Country by Big Country, for Big Country.
Stewart is a top 10 tackle? He played terribly last season. Warmack might help him out a little bit, but he ain't worth what we're paying him anymore. .I see us losing stewart and drafting Jake Matthews to replace him...
Nate wash played like a top wr while dave stewart played like the WORST tackle..idk what games you were watching. .
only in bizarro world.
Oh my... Nate played great??
As for Stewart not being top 10, maybe hes not but he was. And his play suffered because of the guy beside him, just like with Roos.
And Jake Matthews?? you plan on us drafting top 5?
If We go OL 1st round, top 10, 2 years in a row.. my head will esplode.
I agree that would be plain ridiculous. There was good reason for taking a Guard this year at our spot, but not next year. We could be seeing a QB, RB, DE, or MLB there. Just please don't go WR or OL.....That is all I ask....
