Cap Casualties League-wide

    Yea they'll probably cut him. They drafted Fisher #1 to be LT, but played him at RT due to still having Albert around.

    I wouldn't totally object to the idea of Albert, but I am not a big fan of splurging in free agency. I would rather build through the draft.

    I used to be the complete opposite when I was younger. I wanted us to just sign every big name in FA. Now I realize that is almost never the answer.

    Building through the draft and then finding a couple key free agents is what gets teams to the top... just like the Seahawks did with Bennett and Avril.

    I just want him if we can get him cheap, which I highly doubt. He seems into himself so he probably is looking for big money

    I think we could add Center Nick Hardwick to this thread, not that we need him but San Diego could save over $4M by cutting the older guy.

    Didn't he just resign their last summer?

    I doubt they cut him, he's a big key to their team. Vet leader similar to what Pollard did for us last year. He's their Pollard.

    Well San Diego is only under the cap by a million bucks, gonna be hard retaining players when you dont have any money.

    I really hope the Lions cut Ndamukong Suh. They are in such bad shape cap wise, and he gets over $20M from them in 2014.

    If they cut Suh this offseason it will generate $19 million in dead cap money. Cannot see that happening.
