    D'Quell Jackson was just cut by the Browns. Big time tackler. Seems like a perfect fit to come back with Horton. Tackle totals by the last 3 years. 2013: 141. 2012: 118 2011: 158. Not a big sack or int guy, but that's not what we need. We need that inside LB who tackles everyone. The leader/ face of that D for years. Would be a bit cheaper than Butler or Dansby. Sign him up

    How do you figure? Moise has never had more than the 66 tackles he had last year. D'qwell does that in a few games? He was the heart and soul of a top 10 D and is familiar with Horton D. Good player and teacher.
