Cardinals rookie, Robert Gill runs 25 mph on treadmill
Id just add to the many one of these
I hate treadmills. Running without moving is a stupid idea
If the treadmill is accurate and he's legitimately running 25 MPH, he could be the fastest player in the league.
I wasn't aware they went that fast. Mine only goes up to 10 MPH, but I never put it up that high because the treadmill starts rattling and feels like it's going to explode.
I love treadmills. I run about 1-2 miles a day on mine.
Running 25MPH on a treadmill does not mean he can really run 25MPH
I thought I was on ebaumsworld for a minute.....
Here's the thing. I actually used to own a treadmill. When I wrestled in high school it was useful. As I used it to stay in shape and lose weight. Since wrestling is in th Winter, it worked out.
Then I got injured my senior year and was inactive for a few weeks. I came back for the region tourney (to go to state). But I was out of shape and like 8 lbs overweight.
I got in under armour(the really tight ones for staying warm), a long sleve shirt, a hoodie over that... And then sweatpants. I ran 6 miles (2 or 3 breaks)
I literally thought I was going to lose my ****ing mind. I thought I was going crazy, for real.
I lost like 12 lbs (I weighed 160) and ended up going to state before getting hurt again the week before.
To summarize... Running without moving will make you lose your damn mind
Correct. I have run 15 mph on one before and I am relatively slow
