So far we've compared a grand total of one quarterback to Vince Young. We did it because the comparison is extremely relevant. If you can't see that, there's no point even discussing this with you.

And all white Wrs are compared to other white WRs. People here compared Mariani to Bennett when there is nothing similar at all about them. You would never have a 6'5 guy returning punts and kicks.

To me it is superficial analysis to say that Cam = Vy or vice versa. Cam has a different delivery and is bigger than Vince. A better prospect i think.

I think we do draft Newton if he is there when we pick (not usre he will be).
Newton has a better throwing motion than Young or Tebow. His arm is as strong as anyone in the draft. His work ethic is closer to Tebow than Young and he seems far better balanced mentally and emotionally.

I dont necessarily have an issue with Newton..but I wish I saw more of him. He has 1yr and thats it. Maybe if we had 2-3yrs worth of footage..I would be more comfortable with us drafting him so high at the #8 slot

Because every quarterback who didn't throw at the combine secretly thought he was a fraud.

    Give me a break.

Kenny Britt returned kicks, and he's 6'3". Some tall guys can return when you're in dire need as we were to have KB doing it for us.

Most top quarterbacks have actually proven something.

Gabbert hasn't. Other than that he completely sucks vs every decent defense he's seen.

This guy has more question marks than any other top prospect and he knows it.

He referred to himself in the third person, just take him off the board.
