My best guess is we trade down. I think a good chance somebody wants to get their qb at 5, before the jets might at 6. Even the jets might give us something to move up 1 pick so we don't trade with someone else and still guarantee our guy one pick later.

 

Both guys will have more starts and yards than Henry last year. Neither will sit behind a guy who started a third of the season with a bloody stump for a foot.

Are we going to pick up Trubisky too? I mean come on, I think there is literally a 0% chance we take Fournette at 5.

Henry had a shot to get some PT when Murray was getting run into the ground with his bloody stump of a foot. Coaches went with the guy who was getting about 3 YPC playing with pain injections instead.

I have talked to at least a couple people who say if Fournette is BPA when we pick (like for 18 or if we trade down) then we should take him. Seems silly to me to use a first round pick on a third string RB but hey, not everyone agrees.

 

Has to be Foster if we stay at #5. LB isn't as deep as the other positions we have needs at.

You have to believe that JR is trying to trade down to pick up a 2nd because this isn't a good year to be at this spot. Foster makes the most sense if we select at #5.

 

I think LB is deeper than people are thinking.

Zach Cunningham looks good, Riddick could be amazing. Raekwon McMillen or Jarod Davis could be good. A sleeper to check out is Blair Brown from Ohio:
