Looked like the ref was on him and he kinda brushed past him...nothing crazy. Same thing that happened to Lewan.

 

Yep. However if one of our guys did that and got ejected this forum would be throwing a fit about it.

 

Probably but Burfict has the history as well.

 

One way or another he was going down. Either the second roughness call or the ref thing.

 

That's exactly what I was wondering.. He was talking with her like that was his girl or something.. That was mighty strange.

 

except for the times players touch refs and are not ejected I would agree with you.

 

I think they see it 2 ways:

1. In the heat of the moment, like Burfict.

2. When they are just standing around waiting and chatting with a player and the player pats him on the back or something. Basically they know it's coming.
