2 year deal, they could still draft a QB, but even so they are below us in the draft order, so they would have to trade up to get the one they want.

    Faders fading...

  3. The Raiders already have a guy named Andrew Walter (their 3rd Round pick from last year's draft). It seems like they might be trying to groom him, while Brooks plays out his contract... or plays himself out of town.

Either way, the Raiders are most likely out of the QB draft hunt this year.

You could be right, however before signing Brooks they were apparently in the hunt for a QB, so they may not be comfortable on Walter.

    Never count out Al Davis!!

  6. Right. But now that they have Brooks, they most likely will not draft a QB. That was my point.

Davis would take any of the three QBs if they fell to him at seven.

  9. I agree, he definitely isn't; however, with Tuiasosopo, Walter, and now Brooks, the chances of the Raiders drafting a QB is very slim.

I'm pretty sure one of the three top QBs will fall to Oakland, but they'll most likely pass. Even Davis'll have to acknowledge that 4 QBs on the roster might be a bad idea...
