REALLY? We probably wouldn't have been in that position in the first place had he not gone conservative and changed the gameplan trying to run a whole quarter off the clock. Jesus

    Exactly.

Fisherball never fails to find a way to keep games close and give our opponents a chance to come back at us.

Our inability to run time off the clock is what cost us. Common sense..

Which of the following was Fisher's fault?

Bironas missed FG.. the Broncos kicker did not miss a FG.

Mariani's fumble. we would have had the ball at around the 35 with about 1:30 left and 2 timeouts down by just 3.

Hope basically handing them a TD.

    Which one genius?

And the Broncos had 50 pass plays called to 19 runs. Difference is the Broncos realised they had to throw the football to move the ball and score points.

Ringer had all of 2 carries. Don't know if that's seeing more of him... Cook was on the field a bit, but didn't stand out. Funny how we had early success throwing to the TE's and then they fell off the planet... oh and when will the screen play ever make it into our playbook? I don't care if it's a bubble, slip or jailbreak, but seeing how effectively other teams use them against us, I'd sure love to se us give it a go...

We had plenty of consistency. We were consistently bad at running the ball. But instead of passing more to open it up, we opt to stick our head in the ground and keep pounding into the wall.

So you in your opinion "There was a fumble and a penalty that wasn't part of the gameplan", is a deep analysis??? Fumbles and penalties happen (although our DL is getting WAY too many), gameplanning and playcalling is what you do to win games even if you don't play perfectly.

"We only ran the ball 21 times, get a damn clue! It was our inability to run the ball with any consistency that allowed Orton too many opportunities. "

And the reason for our inconsistency in running the ball is what?

Here's an idea....8 man front, 0 running game...let's keep running CJ until he breaks. For crying out loud, open up the d*&n passing game so we can run the ball for a change. We went into our prevent offense halfway through the 4th quarter.

that shouldnt have been an issue. Fisher thought the D should win the game and did not act like the last drive was important. That last drive was the deciding factor and Fisher just didnt care. Fisher gave the game to Denver. i bet Josh McD. was like WTF? he really gonna give us this game? Fisher is done to me.

Fisher was scared to run Ringer again because he made Chris Johnson look bad.
