What's kind of sad is that most of the QB's on that list were never any good. It's not like they just sucked in Cle, Cleveland is just stupid and signs awful QBs.

Anderson had his 1 year, Delhomme, Garcia and even Campbell just had their best years when not on Cleveland. All the rest were just bad signings. I also don't think Osweiler will actually play in Cle.

 

Good move by Cleveland, they weren't going to use the whole cap, they get a 2nd.
Everyone wins. Except RG3. Although he gets out of Cleveland so that's a win I suppose.
