    AND cheats on his wife!

    But he smokes weed...

So it evens out. I still like him. Really wouldn't cry if we lose him at some point.

This. most posters on this site have little football knowledge. it's usually the ones with the least that act like experts too. The same people who said that CJ had lost it and couldn't get it done if the blocking was good, are the ones blaming Britt for getting hurt. Did you see this guy before the injuries? It's not as if you could argue that he wasn't in shape. He was, and still does have the body of a mythical Greek God!! We blame our good players when things go bad, which cracks me up, because there are plenty of mediocre/bad players that actually deserve blame. Fact is, of all the problems facing the Titans franchise, one of the worst is keeping their star players happy in a place where the fans hate them. Our 2 biggest stars are ridiculed non-stop by uneducated morons who think that when the team sucks, it's all the star players fault. He got hurt? His fault! He didn't average 4 yards per carry Sunday? His fault!! There are plenty of Titans fans that would claim the team would be better off without our 2 best players. That's how stupid some of us really are. Sad.

I get your point, and agree with most of it, but I am not sure if Britt is one of our top players.

Wasn't this year, but I would hope I'm hardly alone in thinking he may be MUCH better next year.

He had flashes of what he had shown before. He looked phenominal against the Colts. He got past the defender and he fought through the PI to still make the catch. He messed up with the sidelines a few times over the last few games, but he still caught the ball confidently. He had a drop against the Jags, but it was sort of a low ball. Both he and Cook do a lot better when the ball is eye level or above.

He also showed some professionalism fighting through the injuries, even when the games no longer mattered.

I think he is going to be a better player as a result of all of this, hopefullly for us and not someone else.

Wycheck said he did not work hard enough.

Does Frank have enough football knowledge for everybody?

Was Wycheck around Britt enough to know? Is Wycheck just talking outof his ass? We don't know. Did Wycheck explain specifically why he feels that way?

Tearing ligaments is one thing but once they start removing meniscus, you're in trouble! There will always be pain.

God I hope we cut ties with him, Cook, Griffin, Hawkins, and every other scrub on this team.
